Gatekeepers Stay Back
By UnityEagle
The music and film industries spent decades building rooms around creativity, then deciding who was allowed through the door. AI creators walked in carrying something awkward for that old architecture: cameras without crews, songs without labels, films made from a phone screen, entire imaginary worlds that never asked for a production meeting. And suddenly the question became: Who gave you access? Nobody. That is kind of the point. “Gatekeepers Stay Back” is my little rebellion against the people, institutions and invisible approval systems still trying to decide whether AI creators count as filmmakers, musicians or artists. I am far more interested in what happens when the locked door simply becomes part of the stage floor.
