FilmsAI Temporary Terms of Service

Effective: September 27, 2026

Temporary transition period through approximately October 19, 2026

FilmsAI.com (“FilmsAI”) is currently an independently operated AI-film hosting, streaming and creator-discovery platform operated by Krista Gable and Paul Hawkins in the United States.

FilmsAI is currently in a business-formation and relocation period. These temporary Terms govern use of FilmsAI until they are replaced by updated Terms following the planned relocation of operations to Charleston, South Carolina and formation of the business entity intended to operate FilmsAI.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting content, or using creator features on FilmsAI, you agree to these Terms and the FilmsAI Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account, submit content, or participate in a FilmsAI creator-payment program.

2. Your Content Remains Yours

Creators retain whatever ownership rights they hold in content submitted to FilmsAI.

FilmsAI does not require exclusivity. Creators remain free to publish, distribute, license, promote and monetize their work elsewhere.

By submitting content or expressly authorizing FilmsAI to import it, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, licenses or other legal authority necessary for the submission and its intended use on FilmsAI.

3. Permission to Operate FilmsAI

By submitting content for publication, you grant FilmsAI a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, stream, publicly display and perform the content through FilmsAI and its authorized viewing and embed functionality.

You also permit FilmsAI to create thumbnails, previews and brief promotional excerpts and to use your creator name and supplied promotional materials to promote your work and FilmsAI.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to FilmsAI.

It does not authorize FilmsAI to sell your content as standalone content, license it to unrelated third parties for their independent use, use it to falsely imply your endorsement of a sponsor, or use or license it for generative-AI training.

Creators may request removal of their content by contacting krista@filmsai.com. FilmsAI will remove approved requests from active FilmsAI distribution within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, technical backups and any separate written agreement covering the content.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must comply with the FilmsAI Community Guidelines.

Do not submit content you do not have authority to use.

Creators are responsible for necessary rights involving music, recordings, performances, voices, likenesses, characters, footage, artwork and other incorporated material.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content is welcome, but use of AI does not eliminate third-party rights or applicable license restrictions.

FilmsAI may reject, remove, restrict, reclassify or request changes to content that violates platform rules, presents unresolved rights concerns, creates safety or security concerns, or attempts to manipulate creator programs.

5. Creator Profiles and External Links

FilmsAI does not require creators to work exclusively with FilmsAI.

Creator profiles and promotional features are provided primarily to promote creators, their work and their individual creative businesses.

They may not be used primarily to advertise, recruit users for, redirect traffic to, or fundraise for competing video-hosting, AI-film, creator-monetization, streaming or entertainment platforms.

FilmsAI may evaluate the actual destination and function of a link rather than merely the domain displayed.

Approved personal creator-support links may be used to support the individual creator's own creative activity.

6. September 2026 Creator Sponsorship

The September 2026 Creator Sponsorship is a temporary creator-support experiment governed by its separately published program rules.

The total September creator pool is $2,000, allocated to eligible creators under those rules.

For transparency:

• The first $1,500 was funded by personal associates of Krista Gable and Paul Hawkins.
• The final $500 was personally funded by Paul Hawkins, co-owner and operator of FilmsAI.
• FilmsAI has generated $0 in business revenue to date.
• FilmsAI retains $0 from the announced $2,000 September creator pool.

The September program does not guarantee or establish recurring monthly payments.

FilmsAI intends to pursue third-party commercial sponsors for future creator programs. Future sponsorships, contests, awards, creator pools or monetization opportunities may have separate rules, funding arrangements and eligibility requirements.

Amounts paid by a future commercial sponsor to FilmsAI are not automatically creator funds. FilmsAI will clearly identify any specific amount it commits to a creator or prize pool.

Publication on FilmsAI does not otherwise create a right to payment.

7. Sponsors

FilmsAI may enter commercial sponsorship and advertising relationships.

A sponsorship does not automatically give a sponsor ownership of creator content, private creator information, creator contact lists, identifiable viewing histories, generative-AI-training rights or permission to represent that creators endorse the sponsor.

Any creator campaign requiring additional rights or obligations will be governed separately.

8. Privacy and AI Training

FilmsAI does not sell personal information.

FilmsAI does not use creator uploads to train generative AI models and does not sell or license creator uploads to third parties for generative-AI training.

9. Copyright and Safety

FilmsAI responds to copyright and other rights complaints.

Copyright notices and counter-notifications should follow the FilmsAI Copyright & DMCA Policy.

FilmsAI prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery and maintains a separate removal process for such reports.

10. Availability

FilmsAI is a new, independently operated service undergoing active development.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, publication, promotion, audience size, monetization or any particular commercial result.

Creators should retain their own copies of submitted work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FilmsAI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

11. Accounts and Enforcement

FilmsAI may request corrections, reject submissions, remove content, restrict features or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable program rules, rights requirements, safety requirements or applicable law.

We distinguish ordinary mistakes from deliberate or repeated attempts to evade platform rules.

12. Transition to a New Operating Entity

FilmsAI is currently operated personally by Krista Gable and Paul Hawkins.

The operators expect to relocate business operations to Charleston, South Carolina and establish a legal business entity on or around October 19, 2026.

When that occurs, these Terms may be replaced with updated Terms identifying the new legal operator.

The transition to a new operating entity will not, by itself, transfer ownership of creator content, expand the content license granted to FilmsAI, authorize generative-AI training, eliminate amounts already owed under an applicable creator program, or convert private creator information into sponsor property.

Material changes will be identified through updated Terms or appropriate notice.
